## What Viora does

The work ships into tools the client already pays for: QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Stripe, Slack, HubSpot, scheduling and ticketing systems, and similar.

Four phases. Map in week one. Design in week two. Build in weeks three and four. Run on an ongoing basis after that. Onboarding takes one to four weeks. After go-live, the Viora team operates and maintains the work, billed monthly. Every action is visible to the client, who can pause it, override it, or hand work back to their team.
